If you are doing a video teleconference, where should you look and where should you face when you talk?

What will be an ideal response?

If you are in a room alone, ignore any monitor that shows you. Look directly at the camera as often as possible. If you are in a room with an audience in front of you, talk to the audience, but don’t completely ignore the camera. If there is an audience sitting behind you, talk to the camera most of the time. In a group presentation, talk to the camera or to the last person who spoke.
